Born on the island of Barbados, Ingrid currently resides in Tampa Florida. She is the mother of two, and is currently the owner of her own motivational company. She has two Masters Degrees: Psychology and Adult Education and Training. Ingrid is a spiritual counselor, who has held many motivational seminars locally, and is in the process of writing several books to promote her vision for spiritual evolution in, and outside of the United States.
