Born on the island of Barbados, Ingrid currently resides in Tampa Florida. She is the mother of two, and is currently the owner of her own motivational company. She has two Masters Degrees: Psychology and Adult Education and Training. Ingrid is a spiritual counselor, who has held many motivational seminars locally, and is in the process of writing several books to promote her vision for spiritual evolution in, and outside of the United States. 

“There is a saying that goes, “to thy own self be true.” I have come to realize that in the pursuit of both knowledge and truth, that there exists an absolute necessity for self-evaluation, self-introspection, and ultimately self-realization. The achievement of knowledge is therefore characterized with the event of knowing. Translation? To know or to understand the truth, you must first know and understand yourself, and the truth about yourself. 

It was not however, the point at which I had acknowledged and embraced the truth about myself, but it helped me in the future when I became willing and ready to share that truth with others. I shared my truth in the hopes that it would help them in their individual journey of unraveling their truth. My quest for truth and knowledge had led me down a path that brought knowledge; the truth however, was a much distant second which manifested in my life many, many, years later. Without the aspect of the truth, it is impossible to live the life that you were sent to this earthly realm to live, or even accomplish the purpose that may be clearer than your own face. Truth is a necessary component in not only dealing with life on life’s terms, but in helping to overcome life by coming to terms with your own self or true nature. I am therefore committed to helping others discover such truth and ultimately the realization of their authentic selves.” Ingrid Felton
